Description: Collaborate with leaders to assess the health of the organization’s human and operational systems. It is a systemic look into how people work together, how effectively functions operate across departments, the integration and care of employees, customers, and stakeholders. The assessment results then generate actions designed to strengthen productivity, employee engagement, and leadership impact.

Best suited for: Organizations willing to look at themselves and are ready to commit to improving how they function.

Format: Organization assessment consists of several inputs to determine needs to customize approach (e.g. Interviews, meetings, observations, review of performance data, employee satisfaction data). This assessment results in a report with suggested actions to be agreed upon with sponsoring leaders. Monthly group meetings, typically one day in length, with leadership team and other groups if the assessment results suggest. Customized training and other developmental activities designed for organization. Touch point phone call at mid-month. Executive team meetings to report on progress.  Can include 1:1 coaching for specific individuals in this model. Typical engagements are 6-12 months.

 

Trust Repair Strategies - System Wide

Description: Utilizing her proprietary trust repair model, Wendy will guide your whole organization through the process of getting unstuck and repairing trust. Practical tools and actionable strategies will allow changes to begin immediately and continue as part of an ongoing process.

Best suited for: Organizations who are stuck, looking for support, or who have hit a rough spot with employees or customers/stakeholders and still aren’t over it.

Building Capacity – Trust Repair Facilitation Program (e.g. “Train the Trainer”)

Description: A full immersion into learning the theoretical and research-based background of the model and tools so participants can then train with the materials within their organization.

Best suited for:  Organizations who want to teach the Trust Repair Model and associated tools within their organization.

Format:  Participants experience a full 8 hour-workshop then learn over the next few days how to facilitate each part. Includes multi-layered learning opportunities to solidify the knowledge of the model, tools, and facilitation techniques. People who complete the facilitation program will become part of a large cadre of practitioners and will be invited to learn new tools and remain a part of a community of practice to keep their skills fresh.
